Citrus County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller runs electronic tax deed auctions on RealAuction (citrus.realtaxdeed.com) — distinct from any Bid4Assets mortgage-foreclosure track. Opening bid includes delinquent taxes, sale costs, and (if homestead) one-half assessed value per F.S. 197.502. Unsold county certificates land on List of Lands Available after 90 days. Properties sold AS IS by tax deed; governmental liens and judgments can survive.
