Liens that survive

Upset: liens largely survive. Judicial and repository: free-and-clear style after process; federal liens separate. Some municipalities collect current taxes outside Tax Claim — verify district exceptions (e.g. parts of Greensburg, Hempfield, Latrobe, North Huntingdon historically self-collect).

Quiet title

Common after Upset; often still used post-Judicial before conventional finance.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.

The county published no assessed value for this parcel, no property provider returned a market estimate, and no comparable-sales figure has been entered. Enter a comparable-sales estimate below and every figure on this page recalculates — the engine needs one number, not a full appraisal.

Enter an after-repair value below and the ceiling will compute.
